What I do
Twenty years across gaming and consumer technology — from running a mobile gaming tour to leading creator marketing for a global gaming brand.
Product launches and seasonal moments planned as one system across owned, earned, paid, retail, influencer, and partner channels — so every surface tells the same story at the same time.
Roster strategy, product seeding, compliance, and always-on community programs for gaming brands — built on relationships with creators, not one-off transactions with them.
KPI frameworks and reporting built from verified public data — never self-reported numbers. If a figure can't be checked, it doesn't go in the deck.
I design and build the tools my work runs on — dashboards, intelligence products, and a local AI model in daily use.
Selected work
Four pieces of work, each described the way I'd describe it in an interview — the problem, and what got built to solve it.
A global gaming brand's creator program had no complete view of its own performance — the numbers lived in screenshots, spreadsheets, and whatever creators chose to report. So I designed and built the system of record: weekly verified data refreshes, trend baselines, sentiment tracking, competitive scanning, and executive-ready reporting that leadership actually reads.
Internal tool — described here, not linked.A live read on the gaming market: market sizing, the release calendar, platform and esports tracking, and the flags that matter for gaming hardware — the context a campaign plan needs before anyone writes a brief.
Presented here as a case study.AI answer engines are becoming the first place buyers ask about gaming hardware. This tracks how those engines decide what to say about the brands in the category — and which sources they cite to say it.
Presented here as a case study.A consumer education product I designed and built end-to-end — web app, digital products, and storefront — using AI tooling throughout. Proof that the building isn't a hobby; it's a second product discipline.
Presented here as a case study. How I work
Decisions get made on numbers that can be verified by someone other than the person who benefits from them.
If the tool the work needs doesn't exist, that's a building project, not a blocker.
Claims, copy, and campaign assets get checked against the source before they go out — not corrected after.
The numbers exist to understand the community. The community never exists to feed the numbers.
